It’s me. KT. Let’s skip the small talk and get real. When I was 22, I was feeling stuck, searching for something to reignite my spark. That’s when I came across my first-grade time capsule. Inside was a little note written by younger me that said: “I want to be a health coach. I want to help people be healthy, strong, and have fun doing it.”
Even as a kid, I knew the life I wanted—one full of purpose, passion, and adventure. And I’ve been chasing it ever since. I started with my ISSA personal training certification, working at the front desk of a fitness center and soaking up everything I could. One thing led to another, and now here I am:
A NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Stretch Coach, and fascia-enthusiast in cupping and blading, thanks to RockTape. But this journey has been about more than certifications or titles. It’s about creating a deeper connection—mind, body, and soul.
That’s why I’m obsessed with movement, recovery, breathwork, journaling, and finding the fun in it all. Life is meant to be lived fully—stronger, happier, and more aligned.
And that’s why I created this app: to help you tap into your potential, unlock your mindset, and step into the adventure that is your best life.
Oh, and when I’m not doing that, I’m either at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay working on my psychology degree, gearing up to pursue a Master’s in Exercise Psychology… running, painting, reading, or hiking the great outdoors. My goal? To help people not only crush their fitness goals but live with purpose, joy, and a sense of discovery.
So, buckle up. It’s about to get GOOD.
